We want you to obsess over your Lala pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Print and Pack
Print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible.
Drop It Off
Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
